The Media Trainer Method is CPD Certified
The Media Trainer Method has been independently assessed by The CPD Certification Service and certified as conforming to Continuing Professional Development principles.
The programme provides approximately 20 hours of CPD learning, giving experienced communications, journalism and training professionals the opportunity to develop practical media training skills whilst contributing towards their ongoing professional development.
Independently assessed for CPD learning value
As part of the certification process, The Media Trainer Method was independently reviewed for its structure, delivery and learning value against CPD guidelines.
Following the assessment, The CPD Certification Service described the programme as:
'An informative training course that provides clear CPD and learning value for the intended audience.'
The assessment recognises the professional learning built into The Media Trainer Method, from understanding how adults learn and designing effective workshops, through to practical media training, coaching, feedback and developing a professional training offer.
Approximately 20 hours of CPD learning
The Media Trainer Method provides approximately 20 hours of CPD learning.
The CPD Certification Service does not allocate a fixed number of CPD points or credits to a programme. Instead, it recommends promoting the number of learning hours available, with each participant responsible for evaluating and recording their learning in line with the requirements of their own professional body or institute.
If CPD is important to you, you should therefore check the specific recording or evidence requirements of your professional membership body.
